No Audio When Outputting to a Monitor/TV


Issue Description

Audio stops playing during online play when outputting the screen to a monitor or mirroring.


Possible Cause

The audio output setting is not configured correctly.


Solution

Adjust Sound Settings

  1. Go to ONLINE PLAY

  2. Select play format Singles

  3. Select a player and tap Start ONLINE PLAY

  4. Tap Gear icon

  5. Navigate to the SOUND tab

  6. Select the audio output option that matches your current setup

Important Note

Voice chat is not available when using screen casting or Bluetooth audio.
