I need to reset an Account Linked via QR Authentication

Issue Description

Unable to authorize more account using QR code own

Four accounts have already been registered to your QR code.

Please reset the QR code using our web service below.

What happens if I reset the QR code?

Resetting the QR code will clear all authorized accounts associated with your GRANBOARD.

Important Note
All previously authorized accounts will need to re-authenticate.
You cannot reset the QR code again for 3 months after the reset date.
Additional QR codes cannot be issued. One QR code per dartboard.

1. Log in to the QR Code Generation Service

Please log in with the account you use for GRANBOARD.

2. Select the inquiry type

Please select Reset Your QR code

3. Upload a photo of your QR code

Please take a photo of your QR code, and upload it.

1. Launch the app

Launch the GranBoard App and log in to the account you want to authenticate.

2. Go to ONLINE PLAY

Please select ONLINE PLAY and follow the prompts

3. Perform Authentication

When the app requesting Authentication, proceed with it by either scanning or uploading your QR code.
