Cannot Voice Chat During Online Play

Issue Description

Unable to use voice chat while playing online matches.

Possible Causes

• Voice chat is not supported with your current audio output settings

• Your microphone is disabled

• Your opponent's microphone volume is too low

Solution

Check Your Audio Output Settings

On iOS devices, voice chat only works when audio output is set to DEVICE or HDMI

It will not function with CASTING or BLUETOOTH

Turn On Your Microphone

Go to the online play settings and make sure your microphone is ON.

Adjust Your Opponent's Microphone Volume

If you can't hear your opponent clearly, adjust opponent microphone volume in the online play settings.
