I Don't Have QR Code

Issue Description

The app prompts you to scan the QR code on the back of your GRANBOARD, but you don’t have one.

Please use the QR code generation service.

1. Log in to the QR Code Generation Service

Please log in with the account you use for GRANBOARD.

2. Select the inquiry type

Please select Issue a new QR code

3. Upload the photo

Please take a photo of the serial number on the back of your GRANBOARD and upload it.

4. Save the image of the issued QR code

A new QR code will be issued. Please save the QR code using the download button.

When prompted for QR code authentication in the Granboard app, please select Load from image.

Upload the saved QR code image to complete the QR code authentication.
