Does Not Recognize Out

Issue Description

I hit out area, but my GRANBOARD does not recognize it.

Possible Causes

1. Sensitivity is too low

2. GRANBOARD dash does not have an out area sensor

Solution

Sensitivity is too low

To overcome different kind of situation, the sensor are adjustable via app.

In this situation we would suggest you to adjust the sensor to highest sensitivity.

Adjust the sensor to highest sensitivity

Please adjust the level of sensitive of your GRANBOARD via app to improve its detect accuracy.

For GRANBOARD dash Users

The out area sensor is only available on GRANBOARD3s and GRANBOARD132.

GRANBOARD dash does not include this feature.
