Scoring Errors
Dart Sometimes Not Recognized
Issue Description
Your second or third dart sometimes doesn't register.
Possible Causes
The reaction interval is set too long
The sensitivity is set too low
The multi-sensor function is interfering
Solution
Adjust the Reaction Interval
What is Reaction Interval?
This is the brief period after each dart when the board won't register new throws. If you throw too quickly, darts during this period will be ignored.
How to adjust it
Match the interval setting to your throwing speed. The default is set to (4).

Interval | Non-reaction Time | Best For |
|---|---|---|
12 | 1.5 seconds | Slow / relaxed players |
4 | 0.8 seconds | Default (average speed) |
0 | 0.6 seconds | Fast players |
Tip : If you throw quickly, use a lower interval number. If you throw slowly, use a higher number.
Increase the Sensitivity
Try setting the sensitivity to Set4 (the highest level) to see if detection improves.

Turn Off Multi-Sensor System
Disable the Multi-Sensor-System feature in your board settings.

What is Multi-Sensor Function?
When you turn on the Multi-Sensor function, the board will accept signals from the sound sensor for score judgment.
