A Specific Number Counting Repeatedly

Issue Description

Specific number is registering without any darts being thrown.

Possible Causes

1. Stuck segment

2. The sensor sheet is damaged

Solution

Fix a Stuck Segment

The most common cause is a stuck segment, a segment pressed too deeply into the frame, causing continuous responses.

Check if the affected segment is pressed in much deeper than others. If so, insert a dart into the segment and gently move it left and right to resolve the issue.

Replace a Damaged Sensor Sheet

If checking Fix a Stuck Segment doesn't resolve the issue, the sensor sheet may be damaged.
