Why the Camera Isn’t Detected
Issue Description
Both camera’s LED is solid green, but the app can't find the camera.

Possible Causes
Camera and Device on Different Wi-Fi Networks
Missing App Permissions
Solution
Connect to the Same Wi-Fi Network
Both the camera and device are connected to Wi-Fi, but if they're connected to different networks, they cannot detect each other.
Think of networks like rooms.
If the camera and device are in the same room (network), they can find each other.
If they're in separate rooms (networks), they cannot find each other.
Verify that your camera and device are connected to the same Wi-Fi network (SSID)
Grant All Permissions
The app will only request for a required permissions to establish connection.
Please make sure to access all permissions includes:
Bluetooth
Location
Nearby device
etc.

Local Networkaccess

For Android
Open
Settingson your Android deviceNavigate to
Apps→GranDarts→PermissionsEnable the following permissions:
