Cannot Connect to Base Unit
Issue Description
The Base Unit cannot connect to the app
LED is not turning green, it continues blinking red.
Possible Causes
Missing App Permissions
Device Bluetooth is turned off
Device Malfunction
Incompatible power charger
Incorrect cable
Solution
Grant All Permissions
The app will only request for a required permissions to establish connection.
Please make sure to access all permissions includes:
Bluetooth
Location
Nearby device
etc.
If you already denied the permissions
You must change the settings manually. Please refer to your device manual for instructions on how to configure permission settings.

Enable Bluetooth
The Base Unit connects to the app via Bluetooth. If Bluetooth is turned off on your device, the device cannot connect.
Even if Bluetooth is enabled, connection issues may occur due to device malfunctions.
Try turning Bluetooth off and then back on to see if this resolves the issue.
Reboot Device
Due to OS(device) malfunction, Bluetooth connection may fail even when everything is configured correctly.
Try rebooting your device to see if the connection can be established properly.
Use a Power Delivery(PD) Charger
Bluetooth connection may fail due to insufficient power supply.
Please be sure to use a USB charger that meets the following requirements.
Power Delivery (PD) charger
Outputs 20W
Problems caused by insufficient power supply
Unable to connect to the camera
Unable to connect to the Base Unit
The connection become unstable
Image is not displayed or cannot be retrieved
Use the dedicated USB C-C cable
You must use USB C to C cable. Using A to C cable cause insufficient power supply.
