How to Re-configure Wi-Fi Information

Overview

Resetting Wi-Fi informationis required when:

• Your GRAN EYE cannot connect to Wi-Fi

• You want to connect it to a different Wi-Fi network

How to Reset Wi-Fi Information

Press and hold the button

Find the small reset button on the back of the camera, about 5cm below the lens.

Press and hold the button for more than 5 seconds.

Wait for the red LED to flash rapidly

Keep holding the button until the LED starts flashing red rapidly.

Once it does, release the button. The camera will reboot automatically.

Confirm the reset is complete

After the camera reboots, the LED will blink red slowly. This means the Wi-Fi reset is complete.

You can now scan the QR code again to set up your Wi-Fi connection.
