Base Unit LED Is Green but Not Connected


Issue Description

The Base Unit shows a solid green LED, but the app displays it as disconnected.


Possible Cause

  • The Base Unit is paired through your device’s Bluetooth settings


Solution

You need to unpair the Base Unit from your device’s Bluetooth settings and then reconnect it through the Gran Darts app.

Step 1: Open Bluetooth Settings

  1. Open the Settings app on your device

  2. Navigate to Bluetooth

  3. Look for a device named GRAN-Echo or something similar


Step 2: Unpair the Base Unit

  1. Tap the i or gear icon next to the GRAN-Echo device

  2. Select Forget This Device or Unpair


Step 3: Reconnect Through the GranDarts App

  1. Turn Off and On the Base Unit

  2. Open the GranDarts app

  3. Navigate to LOCAL

  4. Tap camera icon in the top right corner

  5. Tap Reconnect

When the LED turns solid green and the app shows Connected, the Base Unit is successfully connected.
