My Echo Unit is Not Working No Matter What I do

Issue Description

Despite checking all of the following, the no response when throwing problem persists

  • Attempted to reconnect all units

  • Checked that the Echo Unit is installed properly

  • Bluetooth is not manually paired

  • The app is not running on any other device nearby


Solution

Run the Echo Test in the application to verify if the sensor is responding


Getting Ready

  1. Open the Menu

  2. Navigate to: Device SettingGRAN EYEAdvanced SettingBase Unit

  3. Toggle Echo Test Mode to ON


Start Testing

While Echo Test Mode is active, gently tap the Echo Unit with your finger.

The app will show a response if the sensor detects the tap.

A yellow flash from the Base Unit LED indicates successful detection.


Understanding The Result


✓ The yellow LED lights up

This means the Echo Unit is working correctly.


▶︎ Next step

Verify the Echo Unit is properly installed and firmly attached to the back of the dartboard.



✗ The yellow LED does not light up

This indicates the Echo Unit is not detecting signals.

  1. Double Check Echo Unit Installation

  2. If the issue persists after checking installation, the Echo Unit may be defective. Please contact customer support.
