Check Echo Unit Installation
The Echo Unit (sound sensor) detects the sound of the dart hitting the dartboard and uses that as a trigger to perform scoring.
Therefore, if the Echo Unit is not installed properly, the system may not respond when you throw darts.
Verify the following
Echo unit is firmly pressed against the back of the dartboard
Echo connector is fully inserted into the Base Unit
Remove manual Bluetooth pairing
The Base Unit and device connect via Bluetooth.
Unlike typical Bluetooth devices, pairing is not required. The connection is established automatically when you launch the app.
If you manually pair the devices, the app will not be able to connect.
Remove the pairing by following these instructions:
Step 1: Open Bluetooth Settings
Open the

Step 2: Unpair the Base Unit

The Base Unit can only connect to one device at a time.
If the GranDarts App is running on another device, close the app completely on that device.
