Start Your Tournament Match

Overview

This guide explains the steps to follow when your tournament match begins.

01. Entry Period Closes and Bracket is Set

You'll receive a notification when your first opponent is determined and the tournament is about to begin.

Click the notification to view the tournament bracket on GRAN ONLINE.

02. Match Time Arrives

You'll receive two notifications:

• Tournament has started

• Your match card is ready

Click the notification to go directly to your match card.

To access your match card manually:

1. Open the Tournament Tab in the app

2. Select your tournament

3. Open your match card

03. Review Your Match Card

1. Check your match details

2. Press "Move to Waiting Room"

04. In the Waiting Room

When both players enter the waiting room, the system will automatically take you to the Match Room within a few seconds.

Important: If your opponent doesn't show up, stay in the waiting room until the countdown ends.
