Error Appears and I Cannot Enter or View a Tournament

Overview

You may see an error when viewing the GRAN ONLINE webpage on your smartphone or tablet, especially when using an in-app browser like the one in Facebook.

Error types:

• Unauthorized

• Application Error: a client-side exception has occurred (see the browser console for more information)

Solutions

If you encounter this error, please try the following steps:

Step 1: Log Out and Log Back In

Step 2: Open Tournament Links in a Web Browser App

If you try to enter a tournament using an in-app browser (like the one built into Facebook), you may encounter this error. Instead, use a dedicated browser app like Chrome or Safari.

Step 3: Use a Different Device or Browser

Your device may be having trouble accessing the tournament webpage. If this happens, try one of these options:

• Open the tournament webpage in a different browser app

• Access the page from a different smartphone, tablet, or computer
