Manually Forfeit a Player (Bye)

Overview

GRAN Online allows organizers to manually disqualify a player when necessary due to incidents or rule violations.

When to Use Manual Disqualification

• Player contacts organizer to request withdrawal

• Player is caught cheating

• Player engages in inappropriate behavior

Note:

For players who do not show up, you can set up an automatic forfeit timer. When the time limit expires, the participant will be disqualified automatically.

How to Manually Disqualify a Player

Step 1: Click on the match card

Step 2: Edit the match card

Step 3: Select the player to disqualify

After selecting the player to disqualify, remember to save your changes.

Important: Once a player has been manually disqualified, the result cannot be changed.
