Rematch

Overview

During a tournament, matches may stop working due to network errors, device problems, or low battery. When this happens, a warning mark appears next to the match card. The organizer can decide if a rematch is needed and follow the steps below.

When Is a Rematch Needed?

A rematch may be required when:

• Network errors prevent the match from continuing

• Technical issues prevent the next LEG from starting

• Other errors stop the game from continuing

How to Start a Rematch

Follow these steps to start a rematch:

Step 1: Select the Match Card with Issues

Step 2: Tap the Edit Button

Step 3: Tap "Let Play Again"

Step 4: Tap "OK" to Confirm

After completing these steps, both players will receive a rematch notification. The match will restart from the beginning.

Important Note

The rematch feature only works for matches that are currently in progress. It cannot be used for matches that have already finished.
