How to Remove Broken Tip
Overview
If a broken dart tip gets stuck in a segment hole of your GRANBOARD, follow this guide to safely remove it.
Important Notice for GRANBOARD dash Users GRANBOARD dash is not designed for disassembly maintenance. Please be extremely careful when removing the board surface. If sensor disconnection or other malfunctions occur during disassembly, it will NOT be covered under the product warranty.
Removal Steps
Step 1: Try Removing with Pliers
If a broken dart tip remains in the segment hole, use pliers or similar tools to carefully remove it.
Step 2: If the Tip Cannot Be Removed
If the dart tip is deeply embedded and cannot be removed from the front:
Disassemble the board to take out the segment
Use a dart tip remover to push the tip out from the back of the segment (as shown in the image below)

If the dart tip is deeply embedded and cannot be removed from the front:
⚠️ Warning Do NOT forcefully push with a dart tip remover or sharp object without first removing the segment from GRANBOARD. This may damage the sensor sheet.
