Friend Registration Procedure

Overview

This guide introduces the steps for adding friends in the GranBoard / GranPlayer app.

What is Friend Registration

By becoming friends with other players, you can enjoy special friend-only features.

To become friends, both players need to follow each other.

You can add friends using either the GranBoard app or the GranPlayer app. Here we will explain both procedures, but please perform the operation in only one of the apps.

First, let's follow the player you want to become friends with using the steps below.

How to Follow in the GranBoard App

1. Open the Player Search page

1. Go to My Page and tap Friends

2. Tap Player Search

2. Tap the heart icon on the player details screen (to follow)

1. Enter GRAN ID or player name in the search bar

2. Find the player and tap their icon to open the details page

3. Tap the heart icon in the player details

3. Follow Complete

• When the heart icon is colored, the follow is complete

• You can view followed players in your follow list

Note: Just following alone does not make you friends. To become friends, both players must follow each other.

How to Follow Back in the GranBoard App

When another player follows you, they will be added to your follower list.

If you follow back, you will become friends, so be proactive in following back.

1. Open your follower list

From the follower list, select the player you want to follow back

2. Follow back

1. Tap the heart icon

2. The heart icon will change color once following back is complete

3. Friendship Established

By following back/being followed back, you establish mutual following and friendship is established.

• You can view friends in your friend list.

• To unfriend, tap the heart icon again to remove

How to Follow in the GranPlayer App

1. Open the Player Search page

1. Tap on Player Search

2. Tap the heart icon on the player details screen (to follow)

1. Enter GRAN ID or player name in the search bar

2. Find the player and tap their icon to open the details page

3. Tap the heart icon in the player details

3. Follow complete

• The heart icon will change color once following is complete

• You can view followed players in your follow list
