How to Delete Your Account

Overview

You can delete your account directly from the GranBoard or GranPlayer app if you wish to restart or permanently remove your account.

⚠️ Important Warning

Deleting your account will permanently erase all of the following data from our server:

• Your account and all player data

• All GRAN Coins

• All purchased games

• All customization items

• Any other data related to your account

Once deleted, your account cannot be recovered.

How to Delete Your Account

In GranBoard App

Follow these steps to delete your account:

1. Tap "MY PAGE"

2. Tap "Account"

3. Tap "Delete Account"

4. Enter your account password and tap "OK"

5. Tap "Delete Account" to confirm

In GranPlayer App

Follow these steps to delete your account:

1. Tap the Menu Icon (three lines) in the top right corner

2. Select "Account"

3. Select "Delete Account" at the bottom

4. Confirm that you acknowledge the terms

5. Enter your account password and tap "Delete"
