Preparing the Power Adapter

Description

To get started with GRAN EYE, you need a stable power supply. A power adapter is not included, so please prepare one separately.

Required Power Adapter Specifications

Your adapter must meet all of the following conditions:

• USB Type-C Power Delivery (PD) support

• 12V output capability (25W or higher recommended)

• Stable AC power supply

Please prepare a USB-C PD adapter that meets all the above conditions.

Incompatible Adapters (Do Not Use)

The following types of adapters will not work properly with GRAN EYE:

• USB-C adapters without 12V output — Insufficient power, device will not work

• Non-PD USB-C adapters — Same connector shape but incompatible, causes unstable operation

• USB Type-A ports — Including Type-A to Type-C cables

• Power strip USB ports — Usually only 5V/1A, not supported

• Mobile batteries or PC USB ports — Unstable power supply, device will not work

Why This Matters

GRAN EYE is a high-performance device with onboard AI processing. It requires stable, adequate power to function properly. Using the correct power adapter ensures normal and stable performance.
