Why isn’t the LED turning solid green?

If the camera’s LED does not turn solid green, it indicates that the camera is not connected to Wi‑Fi.

If the connection fails even after scanning the QR code correctly, please check the following.

Check your Wi‑Fi information

The SSID or password you entered may be incorrect.

⚠️ Common input mistakes

• Typos in the SSID or password

• A trailing space at the end

• Entering a 5 GHz network (GRAN EYE supports 2.4 GHz only)

If any of these apply, reset and set it up again using the steps below:

1. Reset the camera　（How to Reset Wi‑Fi Settings）

2. Retry entering the Wi-Fi information

3. Regenerate the QR code using the correct Wi‑Fi information

4. Scan the QR code again to the camera

Check your USB power adapter

To use GRAN EYE, you need a USB power adapter that can supply sufficient power.

✅ A PD-compatible USB power adapter

Use an adapter that supports fast charging via “PD (Power Delivery)”.

• An adapter that shows multiple output ratings

• The product description mentions “PD-supported” or “fast charging”

✅ A USB Type‑C adapter

GRAN EYE is powered using a USB C‑to‑C cable, so choose an adapter with a Type‑C port.

Avoid Type‑A adapters, as they may not supply enough power.
