We have confirmed that many of these cases are caused by customers using smartphones or tablets that do not meet the recommended device requirements.

To prevent customer issues and unnecessary claims, we kindly ask that you strictly implement the following:
Clearly display the recommended device requirements on GRAN EYE product pages
Inform customers in advance at the point of sale
Clearly explain that devices below the recommended specifications are not covered under normal operation guarantee
GRAN EYE utilizes AI-based image analysis and therefore requires higher device performance than typical darts applications.

If you are distributing GRAN EYE products to resellers or retail partners,
please ensure that the same recommended device requirements are clearly communicated and displayed by your downstream partners as well.
This includes:
Displaying the recommended device requirements on reseller product pages
Informing customers at the point of sale
Clearly explaining that devices below the recommended specifications are not covered under normal operation guarantee
Failure to properly communicate these requirements may result in avoidable returns, complaints, and negative customer experiences.
