Following the update, please perform the steps below to ensure proper operation of the GranEye system:
Open the application → Menu → Device Settings → GranEye → Under “Location Services,” enable “Detailed Location Information.”

Issue Description
We have confirmed a serious issue in Gran Darts App Ver.2.0.0 affecting Android devices when using GRAN EYE:
Some users are experiencing a problem where the Base Unit cannot connect to the app when GRAN EYE is connected via Wi-Fi.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused.
Our development team is currently working on identifying the cause and implementing a fix as an urgent top priority.
A Ver.2.0.1 update will be released as soon as the issue is resolved.
■For iOS users
No widespread issues have been confirmed on iOS; however, in rare cases the connection may fail after updating.
If this occurs, reinstalling the app (Delete → Reinstall) has been confirmed to resolve the issue.
■For Android users (Temporary Workaround)
Even if Wi-Fi connection fails, GRAN EYE can still be used via OTG (USB) connection.
