Echo Unit Not Responding

Is the Echo installed correctly? Wi‑Fi USB

  • Make sure the Echo is firmly in contact with the back of the dartboard.

  • Make sure the Echo connector is securely plugged into the base unit.

Unpair Bluetooth Wi‑Fi

The base unit connects automatically when you open the app.

Do not pair manually from your device’s Bluetooth settings.

After unpairing, restart the app and check the connection status again.

Are you connected to a different device? Wi‑Fi

If GranDarts is running on another device, the base unit may be connected to that device.

Close GranDarts on the other device, then check the connection status again.
