Allow required permissions
To use GRAN EYE, please make sure to allow all required permissions:
Bluetooth
Local Network
Nearby Devices
Camera (used for online matches)
Microphone (used for online matches)
Turn on Bluetooth
To connect to the base unit, turn on Bluetooth.
:check-ok: Turn your device’s Bluetooth off once, then turn it back on.
:check-ok: Return to the GranDarts app and wait for it to connect automatically.
Do not pair manually
The base unit connects automatically when you open the GranDarts app.
If you try to pair manually from your device’s Bluetooth settings, it will not connect.
If you already paired manually, unpair it and restart the app.
Try restarting your device
Check your USB power adapter output
To use GRAN EYE, you need a USB power adapter that can supply sufficient power.

Use an adapter that supports fast charging via “PD (Power Delivery)”.
An adapter that shows multiple output ratings
