Scoring Accuracy Seems Low

Is calibration set correctly?

If calibration is set correctly, the green ring will overlap the wires.

Please check that there is no misalignment.

How to Calibrate for Auto Scoring

Is the camera installed at the correct angle and distance?

If the camera is not installed correctly, it may not be able to capture the entire dartboard.

If the entire dartboard is not visible within the camera’s field of view, calibration may fail.

Is there any issue with the design of the dartboard you are using?

GRAN EYE cannot be used with the following types of dartboards:

  • Dartboards with a design that differs from the standard color scheme

  • Dartboards with non-embedded wires

  • Dartboards that are not the standard steel dartboard size (13.2 in)

Is the camera in focus?

If the camera is out of focus, it may be difficult to detect darts.

How to Adjust Focus

Is the camera feed brightness and lighting appropriate?

In environments that are too bright (overexposed) or too dark, recognition accuracy may decrease.

After initial setup, try adjusting the brightness in the GRAN EYE settings.

Are the color and shape of the dart points you are using appropriate?

Black points may be difficult for the camera to detect.
