iOS Devices Supported for USB Connection

This page lists iOS devices that can use GRAN EYE via a USB connection.

Only iPads with an Apple M‑series chip can use GRAN EYE with a wired USB connection.

iPhones are not supported.

This is because Apple restricts data communication over USB on devices that use A‑series chips (such as iPhones). Thank you for your understanding.

2. Open the “See the tech specs for…” link.

3. Check the “Chip” section.

• If it says “Apple M chip”, it is supported.

• If it says “Apple A Bionic chip”, it is not supported.
